1. General

These terms and conditions govern your use of the Audi Scrap Yard website and all transactions conducted through our platforms. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Products

Every component we supply is an authentic pre-owned original equipment manufacturer (OEM) Audi part. We strive to describe each item as precisely as possible; however, because these are second-hand components, visible wear proportionate to the part's age and usage history should be expected.

3. Pricing & Payment

Every price displayed on our website is denominated in South African Rand (ZAR) and is inclusive of Value-Added Tax where it applies. No order will be shipped until the full amount has been settled. Accepted payment methods include electronic funds transfer (EFT), credit or debit card, and cash when collecting in person.

4. Orders & Confirmation

An order is confirmed only once payment has been received and cleared. We reserve the right to cancel orders if parts are found to be unavailable or damaged during final inspection.

5. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by courier services, weather, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk passes to the buyer upon handover to the courier.

6. Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for parts that are defective or incorrectly supplied. Parts must be returned in the same condition as received. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility unless the error was ours.

7. Warranty

Warranty terms are outlined on our Warranty page. By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept our warranty policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances will Audi Scrap Yard accept responsibility for secondary, consequential, special, or incidental losses that result from the use of, or failure to use, any product purchased from us. The maximum financial responsibility we bear in any claim is capped at the original amount paid for the specific part concerned.

9. Intellectual Property

The entirety of this website's content — encompassing written material, photographs, graphics, and overall visual design — belongs exclusively to Audi Scrap Yard. No part of it may be copied, distributed, or otherwise reproduced without our prior written consent.

10. Governing Law

South African law governs the interpretation and enforcement of these terms. Should any disagreement arise, the matter will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of South Africa.
